A delicate sparkling wine, opulent in the mouth, with a wonderfully fine, long-lasting perlage and nuances of walnut, white flowers, fresh fruit, dried fruit, hazelnut and toasted breadcrumbs.

From the Viña Montes vineyard in Zapallar, influenced by the cool breezes of the Pacific Ocean, comes this brut sparkling wine, made according to the traditional method or "Méthode Champenoise", also used for the production of Champagne in France and Spanish cellars. It is a subtle and opulent sparkling wine with notes of nuts, dried fruits and breadcrumbs. Its bubbles stand out in the style of the French tradition.

Just 7 km from the Pacific Ocean and located in the northern part of the Aconcagua Costa wine region, Viña Montes is the only vine-planted establishment in this new appellation. This region is characterized by cool, cloudy summer mornings, sunshine at midday and renewed cloudiness with cooler temperatures in the afternoon. These conditions favor the slow ripening of the grapes, contributing to complexity and bold flavors.

On the nose, aromas of white flowers, fresh fruit, breadcrumbs and light roasted notes of dried fruit, hazelnuts and walnuts come into their own. On the palate it is balanced with good acidity, tangy and fine foam, creamy and silky in the mid-palate, with a fresh and persistent fruity aftertaste.
