1. General Provisions

1.1.

1.2.
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between the KADESU GmbH and the customer, which are based on the online store.

1.3.
Customers of KADESU GmbH can be both consumers and entrepreneurs. As a consumer, a natural person is to be regarded, who enters into a transaction for a purpose that can neither be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership, in concluding the legal transaction in their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Formation of Contract

2.1.
The products and services listed within the online stores of SOUTH EMBASSY do not constitute binding offers SOUTH EMBASSY; it is rather the invitation to the customer to submit a binding offer by placing an order.

2.2.
By sending the order from the virtual "shopping cart", the customer makes a binding order on the item contained in this. The receipt of this order will be confirmed to the customer immediately via email SOUTH EMBASSY.

2.3. Conclusion

By clicking the button [Buy Now] you place a binding order for the products listed on the order page. The order confirmation you receive immediately via email after sending the order. Thus, the purchase contract is concluded.

2.4.
SOUTH EMBASSY does not assume any risk for the products listed in the online shop and reserves the right to dissolve in an incorrect or improper delivery by suppliers of the obligation to fulfill the contract. In case of unavailability or in the case of only partial availability of the goods KADESU GmbH will inform the customer immediately. SOUTH EMBASSY reimburse any already provided by the customers return immediately in case of withdrawal back to the customer. A responsibility of SOUTH EMBASSY for intent or negligence in accordance with the liability provisions of subsection 10 of these Conditions remains unaffected.

3. Contract text storage

The contract text is saved for the purchase after the contract; it can be retrieved by the customer whose data again on the website of the online shop, if this customer is registered. The customer will be sent by SOUTH EMBASSY  an access or order confirmation e-mail with further information to complete the purchase. About the print function of the browser, the site can be printed with the relevant contract information during the ordering process. Moreover SOUTH EMBASSY shall provide the customer with the necessary contract information in text form.

4. Price; payment; consequences of default

4.1.
The amounts listed as purchase prices are invariably as final and include all price components, including applicable taxes. In individual cases, however, (as in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and / or charges may (for example, tariffs) apply and are payable by the customer for cross-border deliveries taxes.

4.2.
The purchase prices apply - unless expressly agreed otherwise between SOUTH EMBASSY and the customer - plus freight, postage and insurance. When sending therefore subject to additional Shipping costs; the amount of additional Shipping costs depend on the information provided in the online store.

4.2.1. Customs duties and charges

If you are in the European Union, you need to pay any additional fees (customs fees and taxes).
If you are located outside the European Union, you must note that all shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes that are due upon reaching the broadcast in your country. Additional costs for customs clearance must be borne by you; We have no influence on the costs and can not predict their amount. 4.4.
Agreed SOUTH EMBASSY with the customer advance payment, so the customer agrees to the (full) to pay the amount not later than seven days after receipt of the request for payment without deduction. 5. Retention of title

Until the full payment by the customer itself SOUTH EMBASSY reserves the title to the goods.

6. Shipping conditions; Transfer of Risk

6.1.
SOUTH EMBASSY will carry out the delivery of the purchased items on the shipping routes of the deposited by the customer delivery address.

6.4.
SOUTH EMBASSY makes the dispatch of the purchased items at the latest within 2 to 5 business days, while stocks last, after receipt, if advance payment has been agreed between SOUTH EMBASSY and the customer.

6.4.1
SOUTH EMBASSY points out that the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold at entrepreneurs with the handover of the goods to themselves or to an authorized person, the dispatch of purchase, however merges with the delivery of the goods to an appropriate transport person.

6.4.2
