The Ron Quorhum 30 Years Solera Rum from the Dominican Republic is one of the Caribbean rums that have earned a lot of recognition. It is a long-matured molasses rum from Oliver & Oliver that can be enjoyed pure (and not "on the rocks") and is definitely too good to mix. The Solera rum is considered bitter-sweet and remains complex.

Aroma
Its aroma is very delicate with balsamic properties, there is soft wood, openness and freshness without a hint of alcohol.

Taste
In the mouth it is broad and harmonious, converging notes of the distillate with hints of raisins and caramel. It is of moderate persistence with toasted robele.
