      ORIGINAL BEANS

Species protection, direct trade and projects Climate-positive footprint.
Original Beans produces one of the world's best chocolates, valued by star chefs, with the aim of protecting natural diversity and supporting cocoa farmers. Our chocolates are made from the rarest and most aromatic cocoa beans (and cane sugar, that's all!). For every bar sold, a local farmer plants a new tree, which benefits both the forest and his family. In this way, original cocoa beans and the rainforests in which they thrive are sustainably protected for future generations.

      Sensual pleasure:
Original Beans Chocolates are made from extremely rare and aromatic
Produced cocoa beans that only thrive in very unique places. To the
Example on the Bolivian Beni forest islands, in the white cocoa forest of
Peruvian Piura region, in Esmeraldas cloud forest on the Ecuadorian
Coast, and in the heart of Africa: the Congolese Virunga National Park, where the
last mountain gorillas live in the wild.

      Best quality:
Our most loyal customers include natural food / delicatessen specialist retailers,
many national and international top chefs, such as Alexander Herrmann
      or Marco Müller from Berlin.

      Rigorous sustainability:
We have the rule “one blackboard, one tree”. That means, for every Original Beans board,
that is bought, a local smallholder plants a tree in support of
Rainforest and family. Furthermore, Original Beans supports many social and
      ecologically sustainable projects on site.
