This high-carat and fully ripe Carmenère has a full body with elegant and complex aromas of ripe plums, orange peel and black pepper. The finish is long and leaves soft tannins and notes of dried plums, ripe black currants and roasted hazelnuts. This complexity is achieved by high-quality grapes and a 10-12 months aging in French oak barrels. Especially at Christmas time an excellent companion to seasonal dishes and a good choice for cozy hours all year round.
