Malbec is restless and versatile wine shows the typical minerality of the calcareous soils of Gualtallary with descriptors such as chalk. It has sharp, long tannins, with an elegant texture and finish.

Vineyards
The vineyard is located in Gualtallary, a district of Tupungato, in the Uco Valley, located in the west of the province of Mendoza, and boasts the highest vineyards in Mendoza. From Gualtallary comes true excellence thanks to the composition of soils, the climate and altitude, which make this region exceptional. e Soil is composed of medium alluvial stone, covered with calcium carbonate patina and interspersed with sand and limestone. Cool days and cold night.

Vinification
The harvest starts at the end of March. e grapes are hand-picked and then they are destemmed gently, without breaking the berries. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, post-fermentation maceration for approximately 25 days and then has a 16-month aging in French oak barrels, 100% second and third use.
