Esnaola Dulce de Batata is a traditional dessert from Argentina, which is made from sweet potatoes. Gluten free and delicious!
It is cooked over a low fire with sugar and water and is especially eaten in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.
The paste is cut into thin strips and eaten on toast or sandwiches alone or with cheese. It is also often served with Manchego cheese.
