PISCO MALPASO RESERVADO 40% MALPASO "PEDRO JIMÉNEZ"
The Pisco MalPaso Pedro Jimenez is in Chilean grape brandy made from Pedro Jimenez grapes, which emphasizes the sweet, raisin-like, sweet-fruity characteristics of this grape variety. The grapes are harvested very late (comparable to "Auslese") and very carefully and carefully pressed into a strong wine, which is only distilled into Pisco after several months of storage on the fine lees. It is then stored for 6 months in a steel tank with exclusion of air in order to achieve a soft mouthfeel when drinking, but without changing the pure taste of the Pedro Jimenez grapes.
Perfect for a pisco tonic or for everyone who likes their pisco sour a little fruity and sweeter (without using more sugar).
Transparent pisco with silver trims.
