“Espíritu de los Andes” is a 100% Moscatel Pisco from the Limarí Valley that combines a fine selection of the best Moscatel Rosada and Moscatel de Alejandría grapes. The special distillation process includes two parts. A part with highly aromatic and fruity alcohols that highlight all the characteristics of the “distillate” of the Moscateller grapes and a second part with double-distilled alcohols that give it the special character and ideal purity.
