This single-varietal Cabernet Franc from the Canelones region also delights on the palate with freshness, here it is herbs, the wine has a wonderful balance and with its 13.5% alcohol by volume it seems almost light and offers great drinking flow." The Gran Ombú Cabernet Franc is a spectacular, great wine and shows a beguiling nose of fresh forest berries and fine herbal notes, which are characteristic of this variety. Full-bodied and powerful on the palate, with sweet and juicy tannins and great fresh length. An impressive debut for this first harvest of Gran Ombú, where we are proud to offer the last 50 bottles of this debut vintage.
