"The protagonist is the hero of a work and the main role in a story." The Protagonista is a cuvée that was aged in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention. With three main actors in the main role: Marselan, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. The supporting actors are color, fruit and volume on the palate. Aromas of red fruits and black currants. A limited edition, elegant and surprisingly expressive. Marselán, Syrah and especially Cabernet Franc are lively, juicy, with clear tannins and clear, ripe acidity. A wonderful cuvée of three wines that were fermented separately and spontaneously with wild yeasts and then blended together in different proportions.
