In the Mediterranean climate of the valley of San Antonio, the vines cry for the Apaltagua Pinot Noir. The grapes are bleached by hand and underlaid before the actual fermentation of a cold maceration, which can assume maximum fruit and color. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks. 30% are then aged for 8-10 months in oak barrels, the rest remains in stainless steel. After bottling, it is allowed to mature for 6 months in the bottle. The wine has a clear and brilliant ruby red color and is of cherry and raspberry flavors, which are subtly underlined by woody aromas. In the mouth shows a fruitful fruit and an elegant tanine structure.
