The ombú is a native tree from Uruguay and Argentina. Its original name Umbú comes from the Pampa language, which means shadow, and it is known for protecting men from the sun and rain.
It generally grows in isolation, but it is in our country, in Rocha, where you will find the largest forest filled with ombú, which is unique in the world due to its 20 km extension.
A unique modern cuvée from Uruguay with tannate, syrah, petit verdot. Spicy, fruity, with a harmonious taste.
