Originally from the state of Puebla, Tinga consists of pre-cooked veal that is torn and cooked in a good sauce with onions, garlic, chillies and aromatic, intense tomatoes. Traditional accompaniments are a few slices of avocado, thin slices of radishes, a few coriander leaves and chopped lettuce.
The ITACATE taco filling is ready-to-eat and is simply warmed up in the pan or in the microwave.
