About the author: The Argentinian Chakall, who lives in Berlin, speaks 6 languages and has among other things Indian, French, Basque, Galician, Italian and Swiss ancestors. A career as a journalist, he hung up for his cooking passion. Chakall's kitchen draws from many cooking traditions, after all he has traveled and tasted more than 100 countries. In his former home town of Portugal, he moderated his own television program and operates one of Lisbon's best restaurants, Quinta Dos Frades. In November 2009, Chakall joined TV Gusto for the first time on German television.
