The strong ruby garnet does what it says on the tin. The great vintage 2013 hides a strong and elegant cuvée from the east of Uruguay. Ripe dark berry jam, a hint of prunes, a little nougat, tobacco-like appeal. Medium complexity, fine blackberry touch, present tannins, chocolate touch on the finish.

We recommend grilled meat dishes such as pork loin with smoked bacon.
