The Bio Café Esperanza promises wonderful spicy coffee from Mexico, Nicaragua and Bolivia. Hand-picked Bio Arabica harvests are harmoniously composed by our experienced coffee experts. In the long-term roaster, the fine beans unfold in a gentle way their aromatic fullness.
Small farmers, among others from the Mexican cooperative CIRSA, make a great contribution to this fine coffee composition. When growing their aromatic Arabica, they trust nature and their many years of experience. The Fair Trade rewarded them for their commitment and offers fair trade rewards, which also benefit the quality of their coffee.

Not every coffee is the same - therefore no uniform dosage instructions can be given! Coffee is a very sensitive food. The taste depends strongly on the quality of the water and the kind of preparation. Experiment with the dosage of the coffee - a spoon more or less can cause enormous differences. Most of all, our high-quality GEPA coffee is: less is more!
Whether filter coffee, fully automatic or filter media - the personal taste decides on the brewing process. Also try some coffee with a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla - delicious!
A tip from our coffee laboratory: Always keep your coffee cool, odorless and dry - preferably in a light-tight and airtight box. Like every fresh food, it keeps its flavor so best!
